Hon. Bakare giving cash gift to one of the widow.

As part of Activities to mark her 100 days in office, House of Assembly Member representing Ijebu-ode state constituency, Hon. Bakare Omolola Olanrewaju popularly called BOO has given cash gift to the Widows in Ijebu ode Local Government.

The Program was held at her Constituency office at Ayegbami in Ijebu ode.

Over 100 Widows benefited from the cash gift along with medical outreach which includes checking of blood pressure and their sugar level.

In her Address, Hon. Bakare appreciated her constituents for their love, support and prayers since she has assumed office.

" Today, I am celebrating my 100 days in office with you. This gesture was in fulfilment of my campaign promises I made to you. You have supported me during the election, which led to my victory at the poll and I have decided to give back to you.

The excruciating pain a woman goes through when she loses her husband may not be one a normal person can relate to, that's why I am giving over 100 Widows cash gift to support themselves." The Lawmaker said

She also disclosed that she will be doing quarterly meetings with her constituents to enable her know their concerns and needs as well as to be informed about their Local issues.

Speaking earlier, Chairman Governor Advisory Council Chief O.B Okuboyejo appreciated Hon. Bakare Good deeds and her kind gesture towards the Widows.
