One year anniversary: IWA reels out his unprecedented achievements, promises to do more







In celebration of his one year in office, a member of Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Igbalaye Wasiu Ayodele, popularly known as IWA, who is representing Abeokuta South State Constituency 2, has  reeled out his unprecedented achievements as lawmaker to the public.



The performing lawmaker in his one year message which was personally signed by him reiterated that his administration is poised on delivering good governance by fulfilling his campaign promises and satisfying people- oriented needs





He then used the opportunity to list all  his achievements which included:  



1: facilitation of the construction of  four class rooms at Saint Andrew Primary School in ward 15, Abeokuta South Local Government, 




2: ongoing construction of broken bridge  at Ijeja due to erosion.




2: provision of borehole water to the people of ward 8 in Abeokuta South State Constituency 2.




3: Daily provision of water for his constituents from ward 8 to ward 15.




3: Empowerment of the  youths within his constituency after organising free skills acquisition training for them such tailoring, hairdressing, make up and barbing.



4: cash empowerment for his constituents from ward 8 to 15, the youths, aged, widows and widowers benefitted from this gesture. 




5: rehabilitation of dilapidated bridge in Ibara, behind Oni Ibara's palace 



6: Honorable IWA also passed a bill for the creation of Job portal for youths who are yet to get job.



7: Passing of  bills for the creation of security for transporters.




8: passing of  bill for "Isese" Day to stand in Ogun State.




9:  Electrification of some communities within his constituency with solar lights.




10: Scholarships to no fewer that 50 students of Grand plus college of education in ilorin. these are among other achievements too numerous to mention.




IWA also revealed his plan to give best students of primary schools fifty thousand naira, 3 students per school which will cover all schools within his constituency as to give them educational support.




He stressed that he is determined to change his constituency for the better.
