“Indeed, I called the Adatan Area Commander when I discovered that four persons have been wounded. They summoned them, when the issue became noisy. Some top traditionalists came out en mass to retaliate the attack.

"But, it took the intervention of the Area Commander, Adatan police command, ACP, Omololu Oni, Commissioner for Arts and Culture, Hon. Sesan Fagbayi and Chairman Alternative Medicine Board, Mr. Balogun Nurudeen Olaleye which mended fence and calmed down the situation.

The Commissioner for Arts and Culture, Hon. Fagbayi, confirmed the incident, saying “we visited the scene and normalcy have returned to the area while the police had commenced investigation to the alleged attack of the traditional worshippers.
