President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has penned a heartfelt message to his son, Seyi Tinubu, on the occasion of his 40th birthday, describing him as a man of focus, courage, and humility.

In a post on X on Sunday, Tinubu said he was grateful to God for Seyi’s life and the man he has become, noting that he had “walked his path with a heart that seeks to build, serve, and uplift others.”

The president praised Seyi’s determination and leadership, recalling his early drive to create and innovate.

His words: “I have watched you turn ideas into institutions and challenges into opportunities.

“In business through Loatsad and your various endeavours, and in service, you have shown that true success is not only measured by wealth or power but by the impact we make and the lives we touch.”

Tinubu described 40 as a “special age” that bridges youthful energy and wisdom, commending Seyi for carrying his name with honour and remaining faithful to discipline, integrity, and hard work.

The president also lauded his son’s philanthropic efforts through the Noella Foundation, which he said had supported families, empowered young people, and promoted education and social welfare.

“Your commitment to philanthropy, especially in education, social development, youth empowerment, and maternal and child welfare, reflects the values I hold dear,” Tinubu added.

He expressed pride in Seyi’s devotion to his wife, Layal, and their family, saying he had made the family proud and would continue to make Nigeria proud.

“As you celebrate this milestone, remember that your strength lies in what you achieve and how you inspire others to believe. May God bless you with wisdom, good health, and peace,” the message concluded.
