Member representing Ijebu Central Federal Constituency, Hon.  Femi Adeleke Ogunbanwo (Omo-Iwa) has announced plans to disburse its 2024/2025 Bursary Award Scheme to support indigent students as part of its continued commitment to education and social development.

According to a statement released by his media Office, the bursary scheme is aimed at easing the financial burden on students from less-privileged backgrounds, enabling them to pursue their academic goals without undue hardship. 

Beneficiaries will be drawn from tertiary institutions, based on clearly defined selection criteria.

In addition to the bursary awards, widows will also be empowered through targeted support programmes. These include financial assistance, empowerment initiatives, and welfare packages designed to improve their livelihoods and promote self-reliance.

The program will take place on 27th of December, 2025 at Samson Afolabi Anglican Church Hall, GRA Ijebu Ode, Ogun State
