Authorities of Ijebu ode Local Government has issued a public warning against dealing with fraudulent contractors and unauthorized permit agents operating within the local government area.

The statement signed by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Dare Alebiosu revealed that the Local Government has not delegated or Authorized any individual, Association, or third-party agent to collect funds, process permits, or award contracts on its behalf, except through duly recognized offices and departments within the Local Government secretariat.

The Ijebu Ode Local Government, under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, *Hon. Dare Alebiosu*, hereby issues this *disclaimer* to warn the general public against the activities of *fraudulent contractors* and *unauthorized permit agents* operating within the Local Government Area.

The Local Government has *not delegated or authorized* any individual, association, or third-party agent to collect funds, process permits, or award contracts on its behalf, except through *duly recognized offices and departments* within the Local Government Secretariat.

Members of the public are *strongly advised* to exercise caution and *verify all claims* to avoid falling victim to fraud. The Local Government *shall not be held liable* for any losses incurred from dealings with unauthorized persons.
