The publisher was emphatic on the role played by Her Majesty, Queen Dr. Diete-Spiff (The Opuyingibo of Twon Ibe -Twon Brass Kingdom) in the recently concluded 3rd Edition of Twon Brass Thanksgiving Service that was held in Twon Brass Kingdom, Bayelsa State, as the convener of the programme.
