Curbing the Menace of Land Grabbing in the Society..

Land Grabbing has been one of the major crisis in our Society till today. The title "OMO ONILE" has been terrorizing people on their Landed Properties. Even the Elites in our Society use their Influences atimes in involving in Land Grabbing.

Without Mincing words, when one look at all scenarios involved in Land Grabbing it is worth saying it breeds  crisis in the Society.

Taking  a look at account of  the land Grabbing crisis that Occur recently in Ibadan , the  Oyo state Capital, where protesters storm a Community where a prominent individual Ayondioro Salam  was involved in Grabbing a land from  particular individuals .

Ayandioro was involved in using illegal Acquisition in  taking a Land from the community, which made protesters from Lagelu and Egbeda Local Government to storm his resident and  at Academy Iwo road Ibadan on 24th December ,2019  with different Inscriptions on their placards, like "Ayandioro the oppressor" and "Ayandioro free our Land" The Land in question is about 100 hectares

 At one point we were chased away from our Land by  gunmen, one Niniola opined. While several of our crops where destroyed by hoodlums.

 A human rights activist had  intervened in the matter and Instituted a suit against him  promising that  every individual  affected with the land Grabbing would be compensated accordingly. Bajulaye said.
