Woman in Court For Allegedly Threatening To Kill Ogun LP Chairman's Wife, Children Through Spiritual means

 


A 27 year old Woman Miss Adeoola Akindehinde who is the CEO of Crown Exclusive Stitches located at 9, Quarry road, opposite Daktad hotel Abeokuta on Wednesday  arranged in a  Magistrates  Court 5  sitting in Ake,  Abeokuta, Ogun State for allegdedly  threatening the life of the wife of  Comrade Abayomi Arabambi,  the chairman of Labour Party in the state and the chairman south west Inter party Advisory Council, IPAC.


The defendant was accused of sending messages three times through her phone to Mrs Oluwakemi Abayomi where she threatened to murder her and her children 


On  the 11 of June, 2021, the defendant threaten to  kill and murder the complainant and all her children


She also said that if she can not use physical power,  she will use spiritual power to kill the complainant and all her  children.


On the 14 of June at  3. 46pm, She sent another message where she  claimed that she knew  the movement of all the complainant children  schooling at Oke mosan, and the complainant movement too.


On the same day at  3.35pm,  She claimed that the complainant will cry over her children very soon


On the same date by 3.56pm , she sent another message that the three  children in the University will die very soon 


Miss Adeoola Akindehinde  was charged for threat to life, attempt to commit murder, and felony.



The defendant however pleaded not guilty


She was granted bail of two hundred thousand naira (N200,000)with two sureties in the like sum with properties. One must be the accuse relative and another must be a civil servant, and  must be residents within the jurisdiction of the court, other bail conditions are three months NEPA bill and tax clearance for three years .



The court adjourned the case till 4th of November 2021 for the defendant to open her case.
