A Federal High Court sitting in Damaturu, Yobe State Capital, has declared Bashir Sheriff Machina as authentic APC senatorial candidate for Yobe North in the forth coming 2023 National Assembly elections.

The court also orders the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to publish his name accordingly.

The presiding judge, Justice Fadima Aminu gave the order on Wednesday in Damaturu, Yobe capital.

The Judge affirmed that Machina was duly and validly elected Yobe North senatorial candidate for APC during the May 28 primary election of the Party.
