The founders of Succour The Needy Foundation and Balm of Gilead Help The Needy Foundation, Prince Abayomi and His wife, Laura Tella who  based in United States of America have given succour  to 25 widows with cash, Clothing and food materials, to help then have a joyful festive period celebration. 

The Foundation also reached out to over 600 children in Isaga-Orile, by distributing books, bags, various types of clothes and materials, and lots of writing materials to them.

This was done amidst funfair for the kids at the annual children Christmas party where the children were hosted with food and drinks

Free medical services were also given to the aged and the youths using the Rev Fry Memorial Church hall where medical personnel  were brought from the Red Cross and other Private practitioners from Abeokuta, the State capital to attend to the people. Men of God were also on ground, preaching the gospel of Christ

While speaking with newsmen, Pastor Olumide Akosile who represented him said  that widows, vulnerable and youths in the society constantly needed support to live out desired lives, hence his decision to give attention to the plight of the widows.

He further reiterated that this season is to show the love of Christ, and be an extension of His arm to men. 

He further informed  that the Foundation would also be replicating these same activities for the widows/elderly, youths and children, in Ilewo-Alaga, Ado-Odo/Otta local government on the 31st December, 2022, and 1st January 2023.

While stressing that government alone cannot do it all, the representative of the son of Onisaga of Isaga enjoined more well-meaning individuals to commit themselves to touch the lives of citizens.

According to him, going forward, the foundation is considering giving priority to education by assisting children in need of assistance in form of scholarships and educational materials and doing more for the widows.

Prince Abayomi and Laura Tella are based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, U S A and they have been giving these assistance for over 12years.
