The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Environment, Hon. Farouq Akintunde has officially been announced as Farouk Adeniyi Akintunde FHNR, FCSS henceforth. 

In an interview with newsmen, Hon. Akintunde added that  he was full of joy as he was  conferred with the greatest honour as FELLOW CRIMINOLOGY AND STRATEGIC STUDIES(FCSS) By the Institute of Criminology and Strategic studies of Nigeria.

The APC Chieftain appreciated his supporters for their love and prayers, adding that he will continue to make them proud.

He used the medium to call on Nigerians to cast their votes for all APC candidates,especially Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is the presidential candidate.

Hon. Farouq Akintunde assured that APC will not disappoint Nigerians, adding that it will continue to provide dividends of democracy for the people
