Fire has engulfed a plank market in the Sango Ota area of Ogun State.

According to Politics Nigeria, the exact cause of the fire remains unknown. However, a witness at the scene, Tobias Imala, shed some light on the calamity, revealing that the inferno started at approximately 10 am.

Officials from the fire service are working to bring the fire under control and prevent further damage.
