The Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, has passed on at the age of 90.

The monarch died in the early hours of Monday, July 7, 2025.

Oba Olakulehin ascended the throne in 2024 following the demise of his predecessor, Lekan Balogun, becoming the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.
