Member representing Ijebu Central Federal Constituency, Hon. Olufemi Ogunbanwo (Omo-Iwa) has commended the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, for his visionary leadership and commitment to infrastructural development, following the commencement of flight operations at the Ogun State Agro-Cargo International Airport.

In a statement released following the historic maiden flight by ValueJet to Abuja on Tuesday,  Hon. Ogunbanwo described the development as a significant milestone in the state’s economic transformation journey. 

The Lawmaker noted that the take-off of flights from the airport marks a new era of growth, investment opportunities, and improved connectivity for the people of Ogun State.

In his word" the airport project is a testament to Governor Abiodun’s dedication to delivering impactful projects that directly enhance the lives of residents and promote socio-economic advancement.

The commencement of flight operations at the Ogun Airport is a bold achievement that reflects the governor’s unwavering commitment to excellence and progress. It will undoubtedly boost commerce, tourism, and industrial development in our dear state,” Omo-Iwa Said.
