In a continued effort to uplift and support members of her Ward One constituency, the Supervisor for Health in Ijebu Ode Local Government, Hon. Bisiriyu Kafayat, has distributed cash gifts to residents as part of her empowerment initiative aimed at improving their economic well-being.

The event, which took place at Isoku, Ijebu-Ode, attracted beneficiaries from Ward One and was designed to provide financial relief as well as encourage small-scale economic activities among constituents facing financial challenges.

Speaking at the programme, Hon. Bisiriyu stated that the gesture was part of her commitment to ensuring that constituents receive meaningful support. 

She emphasized the importance of empowering individuals—especially during difficult economic times—to help them meet basic needs and sustain small businesses.

Two beneficiaries, Seun Mojeed and Hammed Owodunni, expressed their gratitude for the support, describing the initiative as timely and impactful. 

They also commended Hon. Bisiriyu for her dedication to the welfare of the people and for consistently keeping her promises.

The empowerment programme is one of several people-oriented initiatives undertaken by Hon. Bisiriyu to foster growth, self-reliance, and improved living conditions within the constituency.
