A Chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC from Imala community, Abeokuta North Local Government, Ogun State, Hon. Steven Adeniyi Adetomiwa has expressed confidence in the leadership qualities of the APC consensus governorship candidate, Senator Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known Yayi, saying that he will disappoint the residents of the State.

Adetomiwa who made this known in a statement personally signed by him and made available to journalists in Abeokuta urged residents of the State to rally support for the APC governorship candidate ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He submitted that Senator Yay has a clear vision for Ogun State and ready to move the it forward beyond the expectations of the people. 

The APC Chieftain also commended the governor of the State, Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun and leaders of the party for nominating the Senator to be flagbearer of the party.

He added that Yayi as proven to the only candidate who is capable to pilot the affairs of the with his achievements as distinguished Senator.

He said "Senator Yayi needs the support and prayers of the residents of the State ahead of the elections. He is tested and trusted, he is capable to govern the State and i believe with our support, he will win a landslide election".
