Family members, friends, well-wishers, and dignitaries gathered in a joyous atmosphere to celebrate the 90th birthday of Mrs. Bolajoko Okubadejo, marking a remarkable milestone in her life journey.

The event, which was held at Obanta Event Center amid pomp and pageantry, attracted guests from different walks of life who came to honour the nonagenarian for her enduring legacy, wisdom, and contributions to her family and community.

The celebration featured thanksgiving prayers, tributes, cultural performances, music, and a reception where guests shared fond memories of the celebrant. 

Daughters and grandchildren at the occasion described Mrs. Okubadejo as a woman of integrity, resilience, and compassion whose life has positively impacted many people over the decades.

In their separate goodwill messages, Dr Folake Adeniyi expressed gratitude to God for preserving her life and granting her good health to witness the landmark age. 

She praised her unwavering commitment to family values, noting that she has remained a source of inspiration and guidance to younger generations.

Her Grandchildren, Iyalode Adetoun Wusu commended Mrs. Okubadejo for her strength, humility, and dedication to the service of humanity, qualities they said have earned her admiration and respect within and beyond her immediate community.

The colourful ceremony culminated in the cutting of a beautifully decorated birthday cake, followed by dancing and merriment as guests joined the celebrant in commemorating nine decades of a life marked by grace, accomplishment, and service with music from Musiliu Haruna Ishola.
