As Nigeria marks its 66th Independence anniversary, Hon. Rasak Oluwakemi Daddah, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ijebu Central Federal Constituency, has reaffirmed his commitment to engaging with communities across the constituency and contributing to national development.
In his Independence Day message, Oluwakemi Daddah identified infrastructure, youth development, education, healthcare and economic opportunities as key areas requiring sustained attention in Ijebu Central Federal Constituency.
He congratulated Nigerians on the anniversary, describing the occasion as an opportunity to reflect on the country’s journey, celebrate its achievements and renew the collective commitment to building a more united, peaceful and prosperous nation.
The APC candidate also called for greater participation by constituents in determining the development priorities of the constituency, stressing the importance of regular engagement between elected representatives and the people they serve.
According to Daddah, effective representation requires a clear understanding of the concerns of communities across the constituency and the ability to translate those concerns into legislative priorities that can support sustainable development.
He urged residents of Ijebu Central Federal Constituency particularly the youth to remain hopeful and actively participate in the growth and development of the constituency, Ogun State and Nigeria as a whole.
Daddah also called on leaders at all levels to uphold the principles of accountability, inclusiveness and service to the people.
He reiterated his commitment to Ijebu Central Federal Constituency, pointed out that the area has an important role to play in the social, economic and political development of Ogun State and Nigeria.
