The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has implored the people of Araromi Alade community in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area to give maximum support to their new Monarch, Oba Adeyemi Adelekan, Olu of Araromi Alade, for rapid socio-economic development of the area.

Governor Abiodun said this at Araromi Alade, during the installation and presentation of Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to the Monarch, pointing out that he has been known as custodians of influence, power and authority, and should take advantage of the throne for advancement of the welfare of his people who have shown him support till his enthronement.

The Governor, who was represented by the Director of Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. Adesoji Adewuyi, said "Kabiyesi, I want you to use your position as a principal agent for social mobilisation, community development and effective governance at the grassroots to improve the lots of the people of Araromi Alade".

The State helmsman assured that his administration would continue to be fair and equal in the distribution of its projects, so as to ensure all Ogun citizens enjoy dividends of democracy.

The new Monarch in his acceptance speech, appreciated the Governor for giving him the opportunity to serve the people of his community, promising to contribute his quota to the progress of the State.
