The chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC in Abeokuta South Local Government,  Hon. Henry Fagbenro, popularly known as Agbomola has assured the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun that the residents  of Abeokuta South Local Government will support his  re-election in 2023.

He said that Abeokuta South Local Government belongs to Abiodun and not for anyone from other parties.

Agbomola disclosed this on Wednesday during the combined meeting of all 15 wards of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Abeokuta South Local Government.

The party chairman added that  their decision became necessary following the sterling leadership qualities of the governor of Ogun State.

''On behalf of all members of  All Progressives Congress, APC in Abeokuta South Local Government, I want to tell you that, we are fully in support of you and we will work for your re-election in 2023. We want to appreciate your kind gesture to the people of Abeokuta South, we have seen it all the great things you have done for the people of this local government and the appointment you have just given to some of us. I want you to know that the  people of Abeokuta South Local Government love you so much and it is important we must support your re-election.'' he concluded
