The   chairman of All Progressives Congress , APC in Abeokuta South Local Government,  Hon. Henry Fagbenro popularly known as Agbomola has emerged Vice chairman of APC local government chairmen of Nigeria 

His appointment was announced during the  inaugural convention of All Progressives Congress Local Government Chairmen conference held in Abuja on Friday  at Spring View hotel Asokoro.

The appointed Vice chairman in his acceptance speech reiterated his total commitment to ensure that APC becomes victorious in the forthcoming 2023 general elections in Abeokuta South and Ogun State generally.  

He added that he would continue to represent the good people of Ogun State positively, particularly the Abeokuta South Local Government constituents, adding that he would not betray their  trust  in ensuring that everyone benefits the dividends of democracy during his administration in the council. 

Fagbenro, lauded the State governor of Ogun State prince Dapo Abiodun for giving him the platform to express his leadership qualities, while boasting on  Abiodun's relentless efforts to make Ogun great. 

He called on general public to support Abiodun's second term bid as to enable Ogun State great beyond what anyone can imagine.
