Dr. Mrs. Oluwatoyin Sakirat MADEIN, the first female Accountant General of the Federation (Rtd.), has expressed her profound gratitude to the good people of Iperu Akesanland for the warm homecoming reception held in her honour on May 2nd, 2025.
In a heartfelt thank-you message, Dr. MADEIN described the reception as "unprecedented" and "beyond words," as she specifically thanked the Iperu Akesan Development Association for spearheading the event, the dedicated planning committee for its seamless execution, and the Alaperu-in-Council, Iperu Council of Obas, Baales, Olorituns, families, clubs, groups, associations, community, religious, and political leaders, and all indigenes of Iperu Akesanland, both at home and abroad, for their support.
She extended special thanks to her husband, Engr. Adeleke Olusina MADEIN; their children; the entire MADEIN family; the Olowo Oloye family; her bosom friend, Dr. Joke SOFOWORA; friends from Abuja and Lagos; Barr. Olusola IDOWU, SAN; and numerous dignitaries, including His Excellency, Prince Dapo ABIODUN, CON, the Governor of Ogun State; Her Excellency, Engr. (Mrs.) Noimot SALAKO-OYEDELE, Deputy Governor of Ogun State; Senator Otunba Engr. Gbenga DANIEL, Ogun East Senatorial District; Hon. Gboyega Nasir ISIAKA, member of the House of Representatives, Yewa North/Imeko-Afon Federal Constituency; members of the Ogun State Executive Council; Hon. Jamiu ASIMI; Executive Chairman, Ikenne Local Government, and Chief Solomon ONAFOWOKAN, the Asiwaju of Remoland.
Dr. MADEIN also highlighted the success of the Olowo Oloye Foundation community outreach held on May 1st, 2025, expressing gratitude for the outpouring of love and support received from the people, as she also appreciated felicitations placed in both conventional and social media channels to rejoice with her, as well as various gifts presented to her.
"The homecoming celebration will forever remain a cherished memory," stated Dr. MADEIN. "Thank you, Iperu! May God continue to bless our community, Akesan agbe wa oo!", concluded, the message.
