Ifedoore Community Development Association, Ijeun Lukosi, Abeokuta, Ogun State has bestowed an honorary award on the Councilor, representing ward 9, Abeokuta South Local Government, Hon. Taoreed Akeem Isaiah, popularly known as Ninalowo.
According to Newsangleonline, the award was presented to the Legislator on Saturday in recognition of his outstanding and contributions to the development of the community.
The Community stated that Hon. Ninalowo is man of his words, saying that he is a promise keeper.
The Deputy director Community and Social Development Department, Abeokuta South, Mrs Oyesanmi H. O . C while presenting the award to the Legislator described him as a grassroots politician who cares a lot for his people.
She said that the Legislator has always been giving back to the community, adding that his good deeds has earned him the prestigious award.
The Councilor in his remarks appreciated the Community for the honour, promising that he will continue in his good deeds.
He appreciated the people of the community for their love, support and prayers at all time, noting that he will not disappoint them.
The Councilor informed that he has facilitated public toilets at Ago Egun as part of his efforts in delivering dividends of democracy to his constituents.
The Legislator also appreciated the Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Hon. Balogun Olaniyi Afeez for giving him the opportunity in delivering dividends of democracy to his constituents.
The Councilor maintained that the Chairman has performed beyond the expectations of the people in the local government, describing him as best Chairman so far.
He disclosed that Hon. Balogun has executed a lot of projects which cut across all wards in the local government since his assumption into office.
The Legislator added that the Chairman has good plans for the people of the local government, adding that they will be unveiled soon.
He also appreciated his political father, Honourable Adeyemi Ademuyiwa for his fatherly role since he has joined politics, saying that he has given him opportunity to serve the people, promising him to always make him proud.
The Legislator therefore called on the residents of the local government to continue to support the Council Chairman with prayers as to take the Local Government to a greater height.
