A military aircraft crashed into a school in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, on Monday, killing at least 19 people and injuring over 50 others.

Brigadier General Muhammad Zahid Kamal, Director of Bangladesh’s Fire Department, confirmed the incident.

According to The New York Times, the aircraft struck Milestone School in the city. The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time.
