In a commendable act of community service, Councilor Representing Ward 6 in Ijebu-ode Local Government, Ogbeni Adeshola Ogundare and Personal Assistant to the Excecutive Chairman of Ijebu ode Local Government, Comrade Wale Adekoyeni have distributed cash gifts and essential food items to residents of their constituency, aiming to ease economic burdens and empower grassroots citizens.

The heartwarming gesture, was giving to over 50 beneficiaries, including the Aged, widows and youth received 5,000 each and food items worth more.

Speaking at the event, Ogbeni Adeshola emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, particularly in times of economic hardship.

"This initiative, part of the ISEYA mantra, aimed to renew hope among party faithful and strengthen party loyalty and community engagement.

We understand the challenges many of our people are facing, This is our way of standing in solidarity with them, ensuring that no one is left behind.” Ogbeni Adeshola said 

Comrade Wale Adekoyeni echoed similar sentiments, stating that empowerment must begin with meeting the basic needs of the people. 

He also called on other stakeholders and public servants to prioritize the welfare of their communities.

The initiative was well-received by the community and is seen as a model for grassroots engagement and political accountability.
