According to him, excellence, dedication, and professionalism remain the foundations of lasting success in politics.
Hon. Adekanbi also emphasized the importance of patriotism and national unity, describing himself as a detribalized Nigerian whose leadership philosophy is centered on service, competence, and inclusiveness rather than ethnic or regional considerations.
He encouraged young politicians to remain patient and avoid seeking immediate rewards for every act of service.
"Do not expect immediate rewards for everything you do. Continue to work with integrity, commitment, and excellence. People are watching your contributions, and at the appropriate time, your efforts will be recognized and rewarded."
He further explained that many of the opportunities and recognitions he enjoys today resulted from years of consistent service, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to supporting political leaders and institutions without expecting instant compensation.
Calling for greater unity, Hon. Adekanbi stressed that no political movement can succeed without teamwork, collective responsibility, and shared sacrifice, urging members of the organization to remain committed to the vision of the Asiwaju Mobilization Group.
The appointment of Hon. Adekanbi Gbenga Michael is expected to further strengthen the grassroots structure of the Asiwaju Mobilization Group in Ogun State as preparations continue for wider political mobilization and stakeholder engagement across the state.
