The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Information Chapel, has congratulated its State Chairman, Comrade Wale Olanrewaju, on his installation as the Asiwaju Agbaakin of Owu-Akinale, Abeokuta.

In a congratulatory message jointly signed by the Chairman of the chapel, Comrade Femi Osipitan, and the Secretary, Comrade Goke Oyebade, ANIPR, the union described the traditional honour as a well-deserved recognition of Olanrewaju’s exemplary leadership, commitment to humanity and immense contributions to societal development as well as the journalism profession.

The chapel noted that the prestigious title reflects the respect and confidence reposed in Olanrewaju by the people of Owu-Akinale, acknowledging his dedication to service and community development.

The union expressed joy over the recognition and prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, good health and strength for the newly installed Asiwaju Agbaakin as he continues to contribute to the growth of Ogun State and the advancement of humanity.
