Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has taken a sweeping decision by dissolving the State Executive Council and relieving all Commissioners of their duties with immediate effect. The decision effectively brings an end to the tenure of all serving Commissioners, as the Governor resets his cabinet in what appears to be a strategic political and administrative step.
