A non-profit organization, Peace Initiative is organized to put an end to the activities of cultists in Ogun State.

The Organization since his establishment has achieved a lot in ensuring Ogun State is peaceful.

As part of its efforts in supporting the State Government in ensuring peace and security of people's properties, the association has met with the  CSO to the governor, Security adviser to the governor of Ogun State, the Director of DSS Ogun State and the Commissioner of Police,  Ogun State.

They have also met with students of Mapoly and plan to meet with others in Ogun Central (Federal College of Education Osiele, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, ICT Polytechnic Itori ).

The emergence of the association has also led to the  reduction in issues in schools under Ogun Central, attributed to God's grace and the organization's efforts.

In Abeokuta community, there haven't been cult-related fracas recently.

The oals of the association include:

    - Meeting community groups like Okada riders people and artisans.

    - Promoting peace, harmony, and stopping cult killings.

    - Helping people live in peace with understanding.

The Chairman of the Association is Abioro Akeem Anthony Chairman, Olawale Ismaheel Lawal is the Secretary the,  

Pro.Com, Ifebola Togunwa.

The MOU signed reads "In the event of any issue or incident involving members of the groups (Pirates, Supreme Eiye Confraternity, Buccaneer Confraternity, Neo Black Movement) in or out of school, the affected parties shall notify the Peace Initiative Committee within 48 hours. This allows us to verify the facts and determine the next steps to take.

Members of the groups shall refrain from retaliating to any issue or incident. Instead, they shall give the Peace Initiative Committee 48 hours to investigate and resolve the matter.

Members of the groups shall report any issues or incidents to the Peace Initiative Committee Ogun Central. This will enable us to address the matter promptly and effectively.
