The leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Women in Abeokuta South Local Government has unanimously resolved to collapse all factional structures, support groups, and individual interests into one united APC family in preparation for the 2027 General Elections.

The historic resolution was reached at their maiden unity meeting held on Friday, 3rd July 2026, under the leadership of *Rt. Hon. Titi Oseni* and coordinated by *Iyalode Tutuola Awaiye, JP* , alongside other leaders, including *Chief Mrs Ranti Ogunmokun* , Vice Chairman Abeokuta South Local Government, *Mrs Faderera Fadipe* , Party Women Leader, *Alhaja Tutu Bakare* , New Decampee from PDP and other leaders representing all wards across Abeokuta South Local Government.

The meeting brought together women leaders from different political tendencies and support groups within the party, who collectively pledged to set aside past differences and work harmoniously for the overall interest, growth, and electoral success of the All Progressives Congress.

The women reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to mobilizing massive grassroots support to ensure the victory of all APC candidates in the 2027 General Elections, including *Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), Senator Salisu Shuaib, Hon. Morof Afolabi Afuape, Hon. Adeyemi Ademuyiwa, Hon. Lukmon Atobatele* , and all other candidates presented by the party.

During the meeting, the leadership emphasized the importance of reconciliation, unity, and collective responsibility. Members made passionate appeals to all aggrieved party faithful to let go of past grievances, embrace peace, and join hands in building a stronger and more united APC capable of delivering victory at every level.

«That all APC women's groups and support structures operating under individual leaders within Abeokuta South Local Government shall immediately collapse into one united APC Women's Structure under the party, with a common purpose of strengthening grassroots mobilization, enhancing community engagement, promoting party unity, and working collectively to secure overwhelming victories for the APC and all its candidates in the 2027 General Elections.»
